We need a talented and passionate Client Relationship Manager to join the Client Services team and provide world class service and support to our banks, credit unions and business customers. This is a full-time salaried position. This position offers health benefits, paid time off and holiday pay.

A Day in the Life as a Client Relationship Manager:

The Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in the company's success by managing day to day operational support for our institutional customers, providing best practice guidance and building long term trusted relationships.

The Client Services team works closely with all other groups across the company and our 3rd party partners, to deliver excellent response, service and issue resolution to our clients. You'll be working with a visible and accessible management team, and have the opportunity to make a real difference. 

What are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate has strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple client demands and priorities. Candidate should be self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and changing environment.

  • 3-5+ years previous experience in client service/relationship management role working with institutional/business customers, preferably in financial services or payments
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, particularly with documenting status, next steps and follow up  
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize items appropriately according to severity
  • Excellent time management skills and analytical skills; and comfort with technology
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demanding clients.  
  • Ability to work in a team environment and experience with coordinating with 3rd party partners/vendors to resolve client issues
  • Ability to travel 2-4 times per year
