We are hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to help manage our call center agents. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and includes health benefits, paid time off and holiday pay.

About Primax:

Primax is a financial services company that helps banks manage their credit card programs. Our call center takes customer service calls for over 35 banks and credit unions.  In addition to our call center, we provide consulting and management services to help banks grow their credit card programs and make sure they are profitable.

A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Team Lead:

You will play a critical role in the company's success by managing our agents' performance, including managing productivity, coaching, assisting with escalation issues and managing work schedules. You will help ensure that all of our agents are working in a positive team environment and are having a high quality employee experience. You will also assist our clients with any day-to-day operational issues.

What are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who has leadership experience, is professional and knows the customer service/call center industry.  We want our customers and employees to feel that we are knowledgeable, efficient and caring.

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills to interact with our team and clients
  • A positive can-do attitude; willing to "get in the weeds" with employees
  • Great computer and internet skills

Work Schedule:

We need you to be able to work a mid-shift with some flexibility in hours.
