We are hiring Customer Service Excellence Ambassadors to provide excellent service to customers by phone. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $16.00-$17.00 per hour. This position offers health benefits, paid time off and holiday pay.

About Primax:

Primax is a financial services company that helps banks manage their credit card programs. Our call center takes customer service calls for over 35 banks and credit unions.  In addition to our call center, we provide consulting and managements services to help banks grow their credit card programs and make sure they are profitable.

A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Rep:

You will play a critical role in the company's success by responding to a wide range of inbound phone calls from customers related to their credit and debit card accounts. You will be answering questions from customers like "How do I make a payment?" or "What is my credit card balance?". In addition to answering calls, you may be using software to monitor credit cards for fraudulent transactions.

  • Bilingual skills (French and Spanish) are of great help to our customers

Work Schedule:

Our current openings are for full time positions (40 hours per week). All positions include one weekend shift. We currently have openings for first shift (shifts begin between 8:00am and 10:00am), mid shift (shifts begin between 10:00am and 2:00pm) and evening shift (shifts begin around 3:00pm) . If you are hired, you will be given a permanent weekly schedule. We would work with you during the hiring process to ensure that your schedule works for your needs.
